Every dish was an intentional work of art. They clearly care about details in the kitchen. The menu was well organized and thoughtful. I watched the staff stress on perfection, and although I wouldn't say the experience was perfect, the effort filled the gaps. Quality is possible from the top down, and whoever is running this place expects a lot from their staff, and it shows. Absorbing this matters. This restaurant has character which matters as well.

I wish I had taken a picture of their desert. I have tried one of the best sorbets in my life. From the moment my husband and I stepped into the restaurant to last bite of our meal, everything was perfect. Wine selection could be less expensive . We will be back.

This is the place that you need to go when you are in aspen. The food the service is the best that you can have when you are at the restaurant. The vibe and the music is . When I took at bite of the steak it was like everything that was needed to make a steak a steak. Also don’t let me bring up that they have A DJ like wow. This was the best experience that you can have in aspen.....

This is our first time in Aspen, and we realized quickly that people just aren’t friendly here. The service doesn’t seem to love the tourists, the bike rental companies hate people from certain states, but that was not the impression from the staff at Betula. From the moment we stepped into Betula Aspen, we were greeted warmly and felt right at home. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff’s attentiveness stood out immediately. We brought our kids to this nice restaurant, and instead of staring us down, the staff went out of their way to make them feel welcome by bringing out cuddly bears for them to play with. This thoughtful gesture made the dining experience enjoyable for the whole family. The service was outstanding, with every detail meticulously taken care of, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism shone through every interaction. As for the food, it was nothing short of perfection. I had the Tuna Tataki and Hamachi Crudo, and both dishes were delightful, showcasing fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. Betula Aspen provided a dining experience that exceeded our expectations in every way, making our trip to Aspen memorable for all the right reasons. We can’t wait to return!

Celebrated my finance and I’s 3 year anniversary. The staff was engaged in making sure we felt welcome and valued in their establishment. The food was absolutely amazing and I was very sad when the dinner ended. I wanted to do it all over again! Thank you Betula for wonderful food and memories. The best!

As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, I was amazed by the very elegant decor, the soft lighting, the long table in the main room, the bar, the cozy patio. The service was excellent, the food was exquisite. A little overpriced, but definitely very chic.

Tried Betula when visiting Aspen, and wow! This was among the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service was like a well-oiled machine, with everything taken away and delivered at precisely the right moment! I've never seen any place quite like it! On top of that, the food was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The carrot salad and Colorado trout were the highlights for me. A live DJ filled the place with awesome music as well. The combination of these things made the experience truly unforgettable!!!
